REviews
I cannot say enough about the quality of service provided by Nicole Reimann. She stood steadfastly by our family through 7 years of wrangling with our son’s school district about allowing him to use his preferred form of communication in educational and social settings. She took our fight all the to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and won. Along the way she collaborated with non-profits filing amici curiae briefs in support of our case. The former head of the appellate practice at a major national law firm who worked with her on our son’s case told me that we were lucky to have her in our corner. Despite her deep expertise and experience, she always made sure my son, my husband and I understood all the issues at stake – explaining them in plain, understandable language. I asked my now 25 year old son if he wanted to add anything and he said “Nicole is my hero.”
